They are yet again moving to legislate on an anti-terrorism law on the lines of the erstwhile TADA, which had been repealed sometime back. Also, the human resources and home ministries are putting the lid on cross-border cultural/intellectual interactions by making it mandatory to clear international symposia on Indian soil three months in advance.
