Hi everyone,
I'm the adjunct curator of new media arts at the Whitney Museum and
responsible for the Whitney's artport website (http://artport.whitney.org).
I'm also the director of intelligent agent, an online publication and
service organization dedicated to new media arts
(http://www.intelligentagent.com) and I'm teaching in the graduate computer
arts department of the School of Visual Arts in NYC.
I'm very interested in collaborative models and social network architectures
from various perspectives, including a curatorial one and models for
collaborative software and information architecture. During the past few
years, I have occasionally collaborated with architects and artists (as
'information architecture' consultant) on projects creating collaborative
work spaces or visualizations of user interests.
Unfortunately, I'm definitely going to miss the conference since I'm
involved in another event at the time but I'd like to participate in the
discussion. As far as I know, there will be a symposium at Eyebeam in NY
this fall that will focus on Networks of Distributed Creativity and is
