Collaboration & OB & Relational Aesthetics

Kurt Weibers

Hello,
My name is Kurt Weibers of Global Point Strategies. I'm an
organizational
behaviorist, corporate brand designer and motivational speaker.
Collaborating involves the formalization of relational identity,
ethical-aesthetic paradigms and lines of subjective polarization.
Corporate identity design, i.e. the aesthetic of an organizational
environment, is a collaborative art. The design of visual/acoustic tags
consisting of color schemes, brands, interiors, typefaces, job titles,
teams, trademarked processes and product names etc. requires a
discovery of singularities existing within human networks. What holds
your organization together? It is primarily the organizational
stratification of subjectivities, the refrain of looks and feels.
Collaborations occur in the flow of subjectivities between individuals
and powerful influential forces coming from the top-down.
Really, all there is is collaboration, endless cycles of creative
feedback
between the aggregates of complex adaptive systems. The corporate
Internet is only one component.
I propose to bring to the round table, this trajectory of Nicolas
Bourriaud’s, “relational aesthetics” which I will filter through my own
career as an brand designer and motivational speaker, to be patched
into the group’s global variables and output as a new plateau of
collaborative group-branding.
_Kurt
